Growing up in Panama City, I developed a lifelong love for the beach. From building sandcastles to watching the sunsets over the Gulf, the beach has always been a special place for me. I dreamed of one day owning a little spot on the sand — a place where I could relax, recharge, and share the beauty of Panama City Beach with others. Owning Suzie Sunshine Rentals has allowed me to turn that dream into reality. Each property is personally managed with care, ensuring guests enjoy direct beachfront access, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities that make every stay memorable. Whether it’s a quiet morning coffee on the balcony, a swim in the pool, or a sunset stroll on the sand, I want every guest to feel the joy and serenity I feel when I’m at the beach. I’ve always believed that the little touches matter. From well-stocked kitchens and cozy bedding to beach chairs and umbrellas ready for your use, I take pride in making each stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Cleaning Fee & Sales Tax: Added to all reservations. Down Payment: Non-refundable. Guest Requirements: No subletting. The person who pays and signs the contract must be 25 years or older and stay in the condo for the entire reservation. No Smoking: Inside the condo. This includes vaping or smoking any substance. Registration Fee: $35, charged at check-in. Pet Policy: $300 fee for approved pets, paid at check-in. Dogs are not allowed on the beach except in the designated beach dog park. Fees: Charged by our office and subject to change.
